Budget Travel Abu Dhabi (2/3) ?!
Last episode we begun to blog about how to plan a budget travel package to Dubai and Abu Dhabi and today we are meaning to continue what we begun to do.
In the first episode, we discussed about choosing best time to visit Abu Dhabi and how to avoid the seasons when rates get higher, and also how to save money when choosing hotels and book air flights. and today we are going to discuss further aspects to plan a nice and cheap tour to Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
4. Touring
Saving money when touring starting before even travel to destination, firstly you should know that we are in 2015 and that means that the traditional methods to travel is no longer work fine and perfectly.
You do not need to go to local travel agent and inquire for the packages to UAE and pay a lot. When you do that you should be sure that you have paid twice, one for the local agent in your city and second for the local agent in Dubai or wherever. So what to do so save much more?!
You simply can communicate with a reputable e.booking touring company via internet and emailing what you exactly looking for and then book online! So simple so easy.
This was firstly to do to save some money, but for sure you are still able to save more when you book your tours in groups or on SIC basis.
That will help you so much to at least save 50% of touring fares. Also do not forget that if we are going to travel for a budget tour, we can miss the fancy attractions, in Abu Dhabi like emirates palace, and in Dubai like Burj Arab hotel. And believe me your tour operator will not love at all to hear from you that you need a budget tour with dinner at one of those hotels! And that will lead us to the next point
5. Food and Dinning
For many people traveling is about a totally new experience, and I am totally agree with this. The new experience includes also new food to try, and am still also agree with.
But the thing I am not agree with Is that new food is available only in the fancy restaurants! Actually trying new food can be everywhere as long as you are in new place, even in supermarkets. The point here that we have to choose cheap and clean restaurants to eat at instead of choosing fancy hotels or expensive bars.
For budget traveler that cannot be wise to do. In Abu Dhabi, you can have a nice soiree, sailing experience with fantasy food, all for only 70 USD that is available at the dhow dinner cruise trip. And in Dubai it even may be for less rate. So it will be so much better to try such an experience than a dinner in seven stars hotel for 300 USD for sure!
Also try to choose your tours that include meals to save money, like the desert safari tour which come with an open buffet BBQ dinner.
In all cases, you are not need to have dinner in a place which is near to a tourist attraction because for sure that will be so charged.
